Slavko Bogdanović (Beograd, 1948) graduated, and obtained his Masters degree from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad. He was a member of the Group KÔD,  and of the Editorial Board of the magazine Index 1970. Bagdonović's art practice was divided between conceptual art and poetry. For the verses of "Poem Underground Youth Tribune Novi Sad" published in the magazine Student in 1971, Bogdanović was sentenced to eight months in prison. With Miroslav Mandic, he established L.H.O.O.Q., an underground magazine for the development of human relationships and "the permanent destruction of everything else in existance".  Altogether 13 issues were published.
